2022 Haffaday LLC Incentive Bonus

Presented by Haffaday LLC during the Willowdale Steeplechase, Kennett Square, PA, Saturday May 14, 2022, at the conclusion of the final race in the winner’s circle.

Conditions:

A one-time $2500 Incentive Bonus, presented by Haffaday LLC, will to be awarded to the trainer who runs (starts) the greatest number of horse and/or pony entries in both the Cheshire Hunt Races in 2022 and the Willowdale Steeplechase races in 2022. This is a winner takes all award. In the event of a tie, the monies will be divided equally to between each trainer. In the case of a race cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, the monies will be applied to year 2023. All trainers are eligible. Both sanctioned and unsanctioned races count toward this bonus, as well as pony races. (Pony entries count as one point, horse entries count for two points.)

Selection Committee:

A certified NSA race official will determine who will receive the $2500 Incentive Bonus, presented by Haffaday, LLC.

On behalf of Haffaday LLC, Willowdale Steeplechase is excited to announce a unique bonus award for the 2022 racing season. In an effort to incentivize race entries, Haffaday LLC will be sponsoring the $2500 Haffaday LLC Incentive Bonus. We are thrilled to invite you to the 75th running of the Cheshire Hunt Races on Sunday, March 27th 2022! This years races, held in honor of Jill Fanning, will feature three NSA Sanctioned Races, including the Buttonwood Farm Maiden Timber, the Cheshire Bowl, and the Louis Neilson III Memorial Apprentice Timber!

Sunday’s Cheshire Hunt Races will also include pony races and a side saddle race. We invite you to join us in the Partners in Preservation Tent for food, drink, and fun throughout race day! Please click below for Race Day parking map and ticket information.

Join the fun and excitement of the 29th running of the Willowdale Steeplechase, a community favorite event which supports two local charities, Stroud Water Research and Penn Vet’s New Bolton Center. Each year in Chester County over 15,000 spectators attend this premier spring event to enjoy the suspense and the thrill of 6 sanctioned steeplechase races friends and family can enjoy, Jack Russell terrier races, pony races, Kids’ Alley and hat, tailgate and best dressed contests. It’s a wonderful day for everyone at the beautiful 160-acre Willowdale Steeplechase property located in the heart of Kennett Square, PA. Children 12 and under free when accompanied by an adult ticket holder.

Ticket options include Private Party Paddocks with tent and table, tailgates, parking spots, general admission tickets, handicap tailgate packages, and Preferred parking is available.
